Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Maintain data documentation and adhere to company data security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
