Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and create reports to support executive decision-making.
- Build automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for data extraction and querying.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
