Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliverables
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis to support strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences
