Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Strong Python/R programming with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, dplyr)
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
