Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and optimize business processes.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain and document data pipelines and reporting frameworks for scalability.
- Assist in the development of A/B testing frameworks and reporting on experiment results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
