Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and evaluate project outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
