Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to optimize data extraction
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences

- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for advanced analytics
