The Role:
You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to solve business problems and identify opportunities for growth. You will bridge the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and impact.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and executive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality processes and implement solutions to maintain high standards of data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Visualization: Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
