Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Design and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs
- Support strategic initiatives by translating business questions into data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel advanced functions
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
