Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast future outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, sales teams, and executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a compelling narrative format.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose solutions to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful conclusions from incomplete information.
