What You'll Do:
- Assist in the collection and cleaning of large datasets from multiple internal sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business goals.
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros are a plus).
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn query writing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data simply to non-technical stakeholders.
