Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive visualizations (dashboards) in Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and implement processes to minimize errors and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, WHERE clauses) and database management concepts.
- Programming Basics: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and a willingness to learn data visualization tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data-driven questions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
