Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify key trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that help optimize business processes.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with department heads to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
