Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and optimize database performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement analytical solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a strong problem-solving mindset.
