Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and executive summaries to support decision-making processes for management.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and ensure data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Weekly Insights: Present findings to stakeholders on a weekly basis to keep the team aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Visualization Tools: Strong proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
