- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across all reporting systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Process Improvement: Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel for advanced modeling.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
