Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
