Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various internal and external sources into actionable business intelligence.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate complex data requirements into clear, actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity and reliability.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and ETL processes to enhance system performance and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex data problems efficiently.
