Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and answer business questions through data analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support business strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Denver metro area or a remote-first environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong visualization skills using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
