This contract position offers remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration at our Tucson office.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare or financial data compliance (HIPAA/GDPR preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven problem-solving projects
