Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track success metrics for new initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation standards
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and database querying (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred)
- Advanced skills in Excel and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
