Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven solutions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and compelling narratives
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics preferred
- Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms
