Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Transformation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into business recommendations for the management team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing workflow data and recommending data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods, probability, and regression analysis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically to solve business problems.
