Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data pipelines.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying and optimization) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
