Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop intuitive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and data optimization within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting complex datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
