Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from a variety of sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and understand business needs.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R to support decision-making processes.
- Present findings and actionable insights to executive leadership through clear and concise reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
