Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance insights to drive operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a corporate environment
