Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor business health
- Present findings to cross-functional teams with clear, compelling visualizations
- Optimize data collection methods to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI a plus
