Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings
- Identify trends and anomalies to drive strategic initiatives
- Maintain data quality through cleansing, validation, and documentation
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and A/B testing
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
