Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across 24/7 SIEM platforms during weekend shifts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust security architectures
- Document security incidents, forensic analysis, and remediation procedures
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
- Participate in weekend rotation for incident response and on-call duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with SOC/NOC operations
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security frameworks
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
