Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise networks during night shift operations
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents using SOAR automation tools
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on critical systems
- Collaborate with global teams to implement security patches and updates
- Generate incident reports and maintain detailed security documentation
- Participate in tabletop exercises simulating advanced persistent threats
- Stay current with emerging threats through continuous training and research
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC/NOC environments
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in high-pressure scenarios
