Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's 2026 strategic vision and long-term objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of the annual and multi-year business plans.
- Oversee M&A activities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling strategic initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through transformational change.
