Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying emerging technologies and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI into core business operations and customer experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological shifts and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Ensure ethical AI governance frameworks are embedded in all innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching AI products that generated >$100M in revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and generative AI architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for AI deployment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
