Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/ML systems aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural networks and quantum AI hybrids
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (nanotech, biocomputing, etc.)
- Translate future tech trends into actionable product roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Collaborate with ethics teams to ensure responsible AI deployment frameworks
- Drive innovation through $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems to >100M user environments
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and hybrid AI models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
