Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics coordination for stadiums, training facilities, and fan zones across 3 host nations
- Develop and execute contingency plans for 1M+ attendees, including transportation and accommodation systems
- Manage $50M+ budget with vendor negotiations and resource optimization
- Lead sustainability initiatives achieving 50% waste reduction and carbon neutrality goals
- Coordinate with 200+ stakeholders including FIFA, local authorities, and security forces
- Implement AI-powered crowd management and predictive analytics systems
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and accessibility requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in large-scale event logistics or sports management
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $30M and teams of 50+
- FIFA/IOC certification or equivalent international event credentials
- Expertise in cross-border operations and multicultural team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sports Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French proficiency highly valued
- Experience with emergency response planning for mass gatherings
