Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps for municipal governments and Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing LEED Platinum and WELL-certified building standards
- Design carbon offset programs targeting 50% emissions reduction in target communities
- Conduct climate risk assessments for critical infrastructure projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups and research institutions
- Present sustainability frameworks to C-suite executives and municipal planning committees
- Monitor KPIs for renewable energy adoption, air quality improvements, and biodiversity metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in sustainability strategy with $50M+ project portfolio
- LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP certifications required
- Expertise in GHG Protocol and GRI reporting standards
- Proven track record in public-private sustainability partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability modeling tools (e.g., SimaPro, One Click LCA)
- Experience with climate adaptation planning for extreme weather events
- Strong data visualization skills for complex environmental metrics
