Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and behavioral scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and neurotech startups
- Drive adoption of AI-driven predictive modeling for market evolution scenarios
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including sentient AI and biodegradable electronics
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor a cohort of 'Future Architects' through our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in at least two emerging technology frameworks (e.g., Web3, AGI ethics)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation with measurable global impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
