Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of sustainability principles and circular economy models
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
