Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly futurist reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging 2026 opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical, socioeconomic, and technological signals impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success

- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
