- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI integration and quantum computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive innovations for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions using bleeding-edge technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-execution initiatives
