Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal developments
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning tools
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and trend extrapolation
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
