Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year technology roadmap, with a specific focus on milestones leading into 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align on strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term tech investments and future trends.
- Present complex strategic proposals to the C-Suite and board members with clarity and conviction.
- Lead workshops to foster innovation culture and ideation for future products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering long-term strategic goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and future tech trends.
