Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable sustainability frameworks for circular economy implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and emerging tech frameworks
- Deep understanding of ESG regulations and SDG targets
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
