Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Analyze emerging trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on first-mover advantages
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present strategic vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ years post-launch impact measurement
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Futurism; MBA or PhD strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets and diverse stakeholder groups
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or futures forecasting a plus
