Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with industry partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for technology scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research institutions
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing multi-million dollar budgets
