- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and market disruption briefings
- Champion a culture of experimental innovation and calculated risk-taking
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two disruption domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell's Methodology) or futures forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
