Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces across global markets
- Develop scenario models for societal and industrial transformations post-2026
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Author thought leadership publications at industry summits (Web3, Singularity, etc.)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Forward program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing future-focused frameworks or trend reports
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact through strategic foresight projects
- Global network connections with futurist/tech innovation communities
