- Partner with VCs to identify and incubate 2026-defining startups
- Produce annual 'State of 2026 Tech' reports for Fortune 500 executives

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential tech convergence
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act and US emerging tech regulatory landscapes
