- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with market evolution
- Author thought leadership content positioning the organization as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators to refine strategic roadmaps
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating cross-disciplinary foresight workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience working with AI, biotech, or climate tech transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight projects or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, ACIF) highly desirable
