- Produce actionable trend reports with data-driven forecasts for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term societal shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy implementation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology frameworks
